Juicing Performance

The Breville JE98XL operates at two speeds for optimal performance depending on the type of food you are using. For harder fruits and vegetables such as carrots, beetroot or apples use the high speed option. For softer fruits and leafy vegetables use the lower, 6500 rpm setting. This will allow you to capture the maximum amount of pulp while retaining as much of the juice and flavor as possible.

Accessories

The Breville JE98XL comes with removable parts that are dishwasher-safe. It includes a one liter jug, froth separator, micro mesh filter basket made of stainless steel and a cleaning brush.
