On the many Ronco Rotisserie reviews, the product has scored unusally high marks.  The kitchen appliance is used by a lot of households on a regular basis as the method to get dinner ready. It cooks meat by rotating it on a spit rod allowing it to pass by the heating element. It cooks the meat evenly without much effort at all.  You simply flavor the meat with either dry brush-on flavor or by injecting liquid flavor into it with the injection device.  You then put the meat onto the rod and set and timer.  Once the cooking begins, you can walk away until it is done.

The standard sized Ronco Rotisserie oven will cook a 15 pound turkey in about 3 hours.  You can cook nine 1/4 pound hamburgers all at the same time.  You get an instruction book, with the guidelines for cooking times. The meats are brown on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside with the rotisserie style of cooking.  The meat is suspended also, so that the fat drains off the meat and into a tray at the bottom of the oven.  This cooks the fat out of the meat and keeps the meat from stewing in the fat while it cooks.  It makes for a lot healthier meats.

If you are preparing a holiday dinner, you can use a larger sized oven to cook your turkey or other meats and not have to constantly baste the meat to keep it tender. This allows you to focus on all the other foods and dishes that you will be serving to your guests.  You can start out early in the morning by putting your meat in the Ronco Rotisserie and let the meat cook slowly for several hours while you do other things.

You can get a Ronco Rotisserie in several different sizes.  The compact version is large enough to cook a 10 pound turkey. As mentioned earlier a Standard sized oven will cook a 15 pound turkey.  You can get kabob rods, meat thermometers and baskets for meat along with the ovens.  Prices for the Ronco Rotisserie ovens start at around $100.00 at retail stores.  You can find them at many discount outlets as well as online stores.

The compact version uses about 1100 watts of energy.  The standard size uses 1250 watts to cook.  The 5000 model also uses 1250 watts. The larger version, the 6000 model uses 1700 watts of energy. The ovens have a 3 hour dial timer.  The compact ovens are good for one to two people.  The standard sized ovens are good for 2 people or a family.  The 5000 models are best for a family and the larger 6000 model is best suited for a large family and holiday cooking.

Overall the ovens scored very high marks on the reviews from users.  On a scale using 5 stars as the highest mark, they scored around 4.75. There were not many negative comments in the reviews for the oven. Most people found them to be very useful and worth the money.

Because any kind of pasta is certainly not the most expensive thing to buy in the grocery store, you would never buy the KitchenAid KPEX1 for convenience or affordability alone. In fact, the price of the KitchenAid KPEX1 is a little steep, but if you come from a family that really enjoys home-made pastas, then you will appreciate all that these attachments can do.

If you have never had home-made ravioli, then you are really missing out, and with the KitchenAid KPEX1, you can have any kind of ravioli that you have ever dreamed of. Use your creativity in the kitchen, get the kids involved, and have fun making exotics forms of ravioli that your family and your guests will love.

The attachment that makes lasagna noodles, fettuccini, or thick egg noodles may be the one that you use the most often, because that is where the taste in fresh pasta really comes out. You can use your KitchenAid mixer to make flavored or colored pastas and then use those in your own exotic dishes.

Because the attachments in the KitchenAid KPEX1 are easy to clean with the included brush, you never have to worry about them getting dirty or even rusty. You do not have to worry about a tedious cleaning process either. Just brush them clean and let them dry after you have used them, and they will be ready to use again.

I have to say that although I didn’t think I would use this set very often, sometimes I find myself using it once or twice a week. People who didn’t even like pasta before are now begging me to make my fettuccini, and my kids are now dying for my lasagna. I am not going to lie and tell you that it isn’t a bit of a hassle making your own fresh pasta, but I think it is worth it in the long run.

The KitchenAid KPEX1 is an absolute must for anyone with a KitchenAid mixer. This attachment set is the best thing that I have bought for my kitchen in a long time, and all of my friends and family will attest to the amount of enjoyment that they are getting out of it.
